is offering a $30000 reward for information leading to the arrest of her murderer Maureen Hattem was 18-years-old when she was discovered shot to death in 1971 at the foot of an embankment in a desolate area called Jackrabbit Trail in Riverside County Her father Maurice Hattem said Saturday he has been saving the money and offered the reward because a matter of bringing this man to Hattem a
